As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing quality home healthcare, where patients are able to remain independent at their place of residence in the healthiest and happiest state possible.
An Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Supervisor/Manager.

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and /or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, -or- Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in occupational therapy.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Must have CPR certification.
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
- Return the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
- Periodically participate with all other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
- Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
- Responsible for initial assessment, plan of care maintenance program development and modifications and reassessments every 30 days.
- Consult with physicians regarding change in treatment.
What You Can Expect
- Application Review: The Executive Director will review your application within 1 business day of submission.
- Initial Phone Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted for a 15-20 minute phone screening within 2 business days.
- Interview: Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited to a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager. This typically takes place within 3-4 business days weeks of the application date.
- Final Decision & Orientation: We aim to make a final decision and start orientation within 2 business days of the interview.
- Feedback: All candidates who reach the interview stage will receive feedback on their application status.
Compensation: $65.00 - $95.00 per hour
